As an EWA approved Course Provider, Dan is authorized to teach the Edinburgh Whisky Academy’s SQA (Scottish Qualification Authority) certified courses. He is currently certified to teach the Certificate in Scotch Whisky, the Certificate in Irish Whiskey, the Certificate in American Single Malt, the Certificate in Gin, the Wake Up Your Whisky Nose workshop, and the Focus on Flavor workshop. These classes are opportunities for enthusiasts and professionals alike to further their knowledge of these categories.
